Strategic marketing to deliver your targeted buyers to you

We have strategically planned marketing activities to bring in trade visitors to the show.
These activities include:


A host of advertisements will be placed in top local newspapers including New Straits Times, The Star, Berita Harian, Sin Chew Daily, Nanyang Siang Pau etc.

Technical Trade Journals & Directories

Advertisements and editorial coverage will be placed in major trade journals from all over the world.

Personal Visits

Personal visits by key personnel to other major energy shows around the world to further boost the show’s publicity. - Personal visits to government ministries, trade associations and chambers of commerce.

Show Preview

Printed & Online show preview with highlights on exhibits will be distributed to VIPs and all the visitors on our database.


  • A VVIP will be invited to officiate the exhibition and thereafter for a tour. A host of other Ministers will also be extended invitations to tour the exhibition.
  • VIP Programme Exhibitors are invited to nominate their key clients as VIPs for the show who will be given VIP Badges.
  • VIP invitation letters will also be delivered to top TNB personnels to visit the show.

Email broadcasts

Four rounds of email broadcasts will be done for the visitor pre-registration campaign whereby potential visitors are invited to pre-register their attendance via the website.

SMS broadcasts

A string of SMS broadcasts will be done as forms of reminders to the pre-registered visitors closer to the show.

Visitor invitations

Each contracted exhibitor will be given the opportunity to extend online visitor invitations to their clients and customers.

Posters and visual display materials

Will be printed to be distributed and placed at relevant places to further publicise the event.

Press activities

To support and enhance the advertisements in the newspapers, a host of press releases carrying latest updates about the show will be issued to the local and foreign press. One-on-one interviews will also be conducted with selected key exhibitors as part of the publicity campaign.

E-Show Dailies

A total of 4 e-Show Dailies will be produced during the eve of show and 3 show days which will be e-Blasted to all trade visitors, VIPs, exhibitors and uploaded onto the website.
